Enforcement of No-Smoking Policy

As a formal reminder, smoking is strictly prohibited within all hangars, airport facilities, and on airport grounds. This policy is outlined in your Lease Agreement (Paragraph 4, Section E) and remains in full effect. Additionally, as outlined in Section 7, you agreed to comply with all airport rules and regulations.

The no-smoking policy is in place to safeguard personnel, aircraft, and airport infrastructure. Smoking in or near hangars poses a significant safety risk and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Tenant compliance with this policy is essential. We urge all tenants to review their lease terms regularly to ensure continued adherence. If you have any questions or require clarification, please contact the Airport Administration Office at 352-754-4061.
